The first session : 3 hours, 240 - 200 €

Based on feedback from the people I have supported and my reflections on my practice, and in an ambition to always offer the best possible approach, I have developed a unique model for the first session which lasts 3 hours.

This duration offers you to finally have the time to calmly lay down your past, your experiences, your emotions, your blockages, your aspirations.

Together we will identify your needs, your expectations, your priorities.

And finally, we will begin the necessary work in this session..

This session is equivalent to much more than three typical one-hour sessions. Due to its duration, intensity, and the progress you will make as a result, this session is truly extraordinary !

For some people, this session is even enough to resolve the problems, even if they have deep roots.

A follow-up session: 80 euros. Duration: approximately 1 hour

We first discuss your evolution, then we continue the work, depending on your needs.

The duration varies according on your needs; it can last up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Duration of therapy:

It is quite possible, and even common, for a single session to be sufficient. From this first meeting, you will feel positive changes that will gradually intensify.

After a week / 10 days of settling and solidifying the changes, we will determine if it is desirable to meet again to settle the finishing touches.

Most of my clients require no more than two sessions for lasting and profound change. Occasionally, and more rarely, one or two additional sessions are necessary.

Your needs and the pace of your progress will determine the duration of the therapy.
