First session: 3 hours, €120

During this first, intensive session, we take the time to establish a special connection, to listen to you, and to welcome you with all your experiences, your past, and your feelings. You have time to develop your thoughts and emotions, to be listened to attentively and supported with kindness. Then, together, we determine the areas of focus. And finally, we begin the work immediately: why wait?

Subsequent sessions: approximately 1.5 hours, €70

We begin by discussing your progress, then we continue the work, according to your needs. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Your well-being is my priority, and for me, financial concerns should never be an obstacle to your personal transformation.

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by check. I do not accept credit cards.

Duration of the therapeutic process:

Your path to well-being generally unfolds over one to three sessions (rarely more), tailored to the intensity of your past experiences. It is quite possible, and even common, for a single session to be sufficient.

From the very first meeting, you will feel positive changes that will gradually intensify. Each session builds upon the gains of the previous one, creating lasting transformation.

For optimal effectiveness, a period of one to two weeks between sessions is recommended, allowing your mind to integrate the progress while maintaining a dynamic of transformation.
